I'm not for sure if I have the song close to be even close but I don't know the lyrics or the name or....?
artist but If I remember correct there was back ground music from the wizard of oz (The Wicked Witch Song) or a the emperor March song from Star Wars, It's A slow Club song back from the 90's any help. Sorry I just heard it in a car passing by the other day.
I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for, but "Your Woman" by White Town was thought to have sampled the Imperial March. It sounds like it did, but what it actually sampled was a jazz song called "My Woman" by Al Bowlly. If "Your Woman" is the song you're thinking of, it can be found on White Town's 1997 release, "Women In Technology".

From acrylic, pen and ink, pencil and watercolor to collage, woodcut and linoleum, the artist’s choice of media is always driven by his concept for the work. Subjects have included the Vietnam War, injustice, hope, heritage, beauty, transformation, spirituality and the transcendence of time.
